Terminator Salvation is an upcoming science fiction war film set for release on May 22, 2009. Directed by McG, it is the fourth film in the Terminator franchise and stars Christian Bale as John Connor, Sam Worthington as the new Terminator Marcus Wright, Bryce Dallas Howard as Kate Connor, and Anton Yelchin as Kyle Reese, while Moon Bloodgood, Common, Helena Bonham Carter and Roland Kickinger are among the supporting cast. The film, set in 2018, focuses on the original war between humanity and the Terminator computer network Skynet. It abandons the formula of the series, which had involved Arnold Schwarzenegger as the Model 101 Terminator time-traveling to the present to protect or kill someone of future importance. Filming began on May 5, 2008.

Sorry Terminator fans, Arnie wont be playing a part in this terminator movie, he had more important stuff, being the Governator of California. Austrian Bodybuilder Roland Kickinger will be in his stead as he plays the prototype T-800. But despite all of that, this looks like another blockbuster movie you wouldn’t want to miss.
Christian Bale plays John Connor, and this will be another major role for him in a big movie. Certainly we won’t be disappointed. Terminator 4: Salvation is set to be released in theaters May 22, 2009. It will be one of the movies to watch out for in 2009.

I can’t wait for this movie to be released. The trailer looks like it will have a lot of action and Christian Bale is a great actor. I only wish Arnie were in it.

Yeah, Terminator without Arnie makes the movie feel different. We only have yet to know if it’s a good or bad thing though.
