Reports have said that David Cook and David Archuleta will be performing live in Manila on may 16,2009!
Details of the concert tickets have been released!! (see below for ticket prices and schedule as well as links) You have to get tickets fast because they are selling like hotcakes. Reports have said that platinum AND Titanium has been sold out! (not confirmed yet but probably true.)

It seems that the earlier platinum and titanium tickets were removed from the list, most probably because it’s already sold out! They posted a new seating map which DOES NOT SHOW the titanium and platinum so that it the VIP tickets would seem nearer to the stage also they did not announce the platinum and titanium to be sold out already! Really sneaky selling there.

I think people are able to purchase seats online, but to be really sure find a ticketnet or ticketworld outlet near an SM or Robinsons malls, uf there’s none in your area then I guess your best bet would be to purchase them online, providing you have a credit card. Or you could always call them up for inquiries. =)

Ok, obviously, you are a Cook fan. I think Archuleta’s video was cute and sweet because he made the effort to speak our language. Anyway, it’s just my opinion. The Davids are friends so it’s all good. Peace out=)

archuleta is going to own cook at this concert. and you know it, andy. why do cook fans go for the lowest common denominator in trying to slag archuleta… you cannot attack him on his superiority vocally, you cannot deny that his appeal worldwide is phenomenal and growing daily – you cannot deny that this kid from utah scares the pants off you, because he refuses to fade away as you all would like… you’ve thrown everything at him, and he just comes back stronger and stronger. cook may be winning the battle in album sales at the moment…. good for him. but archuleta is going to win the war, along with the hearts and minds of all who have the opportunity to see him live, anywhere, anyplace, anytime. let cook bask in his glory for now… archuleta ain’t going away, and his fans will make sure we show up in droves to show manila and the world who is the true star of this show. see you all there.

Please …. no hate mails here. Whatever bad comments you post in here about a certain artist would be a bad image of your country as well as the fan club you belong. Please remember that millions of fans all over the world are reading all your postings and what kind of image do you want to portray about your country to the public eye ? We should respect other people as we would like to be respected. Cook and Archuleta respects eachother and who are you saying bad stuffs in anyone of them. You are so lucky that Philippines is the only place where the 2 Davids will be performing together. Sorry .. I have to say it !

well said amling! all i’m saying is that both are good artists in their own streak and they have way different genres than each other so why bother comparing both?…read and type with your eyes and heart open please…:) i do prefer David A.’s soulful voice though, i mean everyone has his/her own preferences and mine happens to be David A.’s
just root for the one you like and leave out all the rest for the other side (you know what i mean)
do everything you could to let’s say promote your icon but please don’t step down the level of squirmish ten year olds trying to win each other through their rambling speeches about the ones they’re rooting for. nuff said.
