Sad to say (you can cut your wrists now), this is a fake commercial from Tokyo Gore Police or Tôkyô zankoku keisatsu. Japan comes up with such awesome stuff you just can’t help but wonder: ‘WTF JAPAN??’.

Best part of the video, the combination of everything, suicidal, wrist-cutting japanese schoolgirls, the bubbly and bright background, their cheerful reactions. The irony of it all sorta came together for me.
