This app is one of the ultimate pranks made on the iPhone. It was rejected then because Apple thought it had “limited utility” because it really does is that you pull one of the fingers of the character and you can hear it giving off the farting sound. After it was accepted by Apple, it became one of the most popular apps.

7. Booty Call

Yeah you can’t find one of these apps in the App store. Mainly because they changed it to Black Black Dialler and got a few tweaks here and there. The app’s description is a book of tips for hooking up and unique interface for dialing numbers. The first attempt to submit Booty Call got rejected due to sexual content. The developers eventually tried again and voila! The rest was history.

Now we all wonder why the series and the movie are available in iTunes for download yet the App was banned due to excessive “profanity”. Sometimes the people from App store doesn’t really makes sense. :p

A pretty cool app to have specially when it makes this Psycho theme sound when you do a stabbing motion hehe.. But it was cut loose when a series of teen stabbing were reported in the UK at the time when this app was released. But it’s available again for purchase so stab all you want I say! (Well, in a non violent way. )

4. Obama Trampoline

This app lets you choose one of 18 famous politicians, from Hillary Clinton to Sarah Palin, to bounce off a trampoline–in the Oval Office, no less. The goal is to control the tilt of the phone and bouncing pol to pop balloons floating on the top of the Oval Office with their heads. (The app even includes a pantsless Bill Clinton caricature.) Apple plays it safe when it comes to ‘defemation’ and the App Store didn’t want to take chances.

Oh yes, this is one of those apps. As the App’s goal for this is to ’stop the incessant crying of an infant pictured on screen by violently shaking the iPhone, at which point two red “x” marks appear over the baby’s eyes,’. So uhm really, profanity VS. baby shaking app anyone? How this app got approved at first is anybody’s question.

Remember the scene where former President Bush was doing a speech on stage and an Iraqui threw a shoe at him? Well this app is the “App version” of it. Pretty neat huh? But ya know, Apple’s pretty conservative when it comes to ridiculing public officials so they removed it.

Apparently this was a remake of and old game called Drug Wars. Where you have to play as a drug dealer and make as much money as possible in 30 days by peddling narcotics. Too explicit right? Yeah that’s why Apple banned it. The developer came up with a more G rated game called Candy Wars. Oh how they mask it so well. :p

Get the Zen Garden. Water the plants until they do not need anything else. Advance the system date ahead. The plants will need water again. Buy new plants, grow them to full size, then sell them. Repeat this to earn more money. You can also use this technique when you have to get Marigolds in Crazy Dave’s shop when they are out of stock.

Pole Vaulters
When there are Pole Vaulters, pick a Walnut and a Chomper and make sure you can dig up plants and have lots of sun.. Put down a Walnut and a Chomper behind it. The Pole Vaulter will go over the Walnut and straight into the Chomper. Then, dig up the Chomper and he is gone.

I guess by now you’ve heard of Microsoft’s future gadget: The Microsoft Courier. Last year they’ve announced their plan to build this baby around November 2009. Although right now, we only hear rumors and hearsays here and there, but Engadget recently verified from a very reliable source that Courier will be released some time Q3/Q4 of this year. If you’ve seen the images and flash video concept of the Courier, would you believe that it can be released some time this year? With an exceptional flawless design and truly responsive gadget coming from Microsoft’s own creation. Frankly, I’m having doubts. People are saying it’s the ultimate iPad killer. I say– It won’t be even a close fight.

Even if Microsoft can pull off such a powerful tablet, might be even better than the iPad (Right..), it’s like a long shot to get where they want it to be. Flawless, responsive and damn-right bug free. Which is, not surprising at all, Microsoft’s been aiming for-for the last 2 decades and still failing might I add. Yes, as you can see, I’ve lost all my faith to Microsoft years ago. Maybe I’ll change my mind when I see they’ve finally pulled it off. Maybe I won’t, since I like bashing Microsoft whenever I can ( Come on, really? I’m not that mean. ) Remember that is only the presentation, a proto-type. The actual is a whole different story.

In the end, we just gotta wait and see where this is all leading. I know I love the idea, no doubt about that. Else I won’t be all dramatic here knowing Microsoft’s the one who thought of this first and not some other, more capable of bringing this gadget to life. But they’re powerful and have all the resources, so I really really hope they can pull this one off.
